Please read these terms and conditions ("Waitlist T&Cs") carefully. By registering for the Waitlist you agree to be bound by them.
Bright Holdings B.V. ("Bright") is preparing to launch the Bright Send App, a cross-border remittance service for users in the US and Canada. The Waitlist is a referral-driven pre-launch programme through which early registrants can earn transfer bonus rewards or a lucky draw entry based on their final rank.
Open to US and Canada residents aged 18+ with a valid US or Canadian mobile number. Bright employees, officers, directors, agents and their immediate families are not eligible. Proof of identity and residency required to redeem any reward.
The Waitlist opens on 20 July 2026 and runs for a maximum of thirty-one days, closing no later than 20 August 2026 (the "Close Date"). Bright may close the Waitlist earlier at its election.
Register at the Bright Send waitlist page by providing your name, email, mobile number (US/Canada only) and completing OTP verification. Each verified participant ("Participant") receives a unique referral link. One referral point is earned for each person who registers via that link. Participants are ranked by verified referral count; ties are broken by earliest registration timestamp. Rankings update in real time and may change at any time. The leaderboard freezes at the Close Date following an eligibility review.
Participants may opt out at any time by contacting hello@brightsend.com, forfeiting any accrued rank and reward.

Transfer Bonuses are not cash. They are applied as a credit on qualifying transfers on the Bright Send App. To redeem: sign up to Bright Send and complete identity verification, and make your first qualifying transfer, both within 30 days of launch. Bonuses for Ranks 1–100 (3–4 qualifying transfers) are valid for 6 months from launch; for Ranks 101–1,000 (1 qualifying transfer), 3 months from launch. Unused bonuses are forfeited.
All Participants ranked 1st–5,000th are automatically entered into a lucky draw for the latest iPhone Pro Max. Up to 3 winners selected at Bright's election. Top-1,000 winners selected in the draw receive the iPhone in addition to their Transfer Bonus. Winners must sign up to Bright Send and complete identity verification before the prize is dispatched; shipping to US/Canada addresses only. Bright's decision is final.
Winners notified by email/WhatsApp after the Close Date. Transfer Bonus winners must sign up and complete identity verification within 30 days of launch. Lucky Draw winners must confirm their shipping address within 14 days of notification. Unclaimed rewards are forfeited. Bright is not responsible for rewards undelivered due to incorrect contact details provided by Participants. Tax liabilities are the winner's sole responsibility.
Bright accepts no liability for technical failures affecting participation and may cancel, modify or terminate the Waitlist at any time. By registering, each Participant warrants they meet the eligibility criteria and grants Bright a non-exclusive licence to use their name and location in connection with Waitlist announcements. Bright reserves the right to disqualify any Participant for fraudulent or manipulative conduct. Nothing in these T&Cs limits mandatory consumer protection rights in a Participant's jurisdiction. Personal data is processed solely to administer the Waitlist and deliver rewards, in accordance with Bright's Privacy Policy, GDPR, PIPEDA and applicable US state laws. Governed by the laws of the Netherlands; disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam. Mandatory consumer protection rights under US and Canadian law are preserved.
Bright Holdings B.V. (owner and operator of the Bright Send App) operates the Waitlist. The applicable contracting entity is Bright Fintech (US) LLC (FinCEN MSB) for US Participants, or Bright Fintech (Canada), Inc. (FINTRAC MSB) for Canadian Participants. Contact: hello@brightsend.com.
